How It Works

The Airflow Mouthpiece gently props your jaw forward to keep your airway clear so that you can breathe peacefully while you sleep.

How To Use

The Airflow Mouthpiece uses the 'boil and bite' method to create a custom impression of the teeth for a personalized fit.

Step 1: Heat Water

Heat up water to almost boiling in a container big enough to submerge the entire mouthpiece.

Step 2: Immerse In Hot Water

Use a kitchen utensil and fully immerse the mouthpiece for 40 seconds. Then take it out, let it cool for 15 seconds.

Step 3: Personalize The Fit

Finally, bite down firmly on the mouthpiece for 15 seconds to create your personalized fit.

How To Adjust

1. Hold the mouthpiece with both hands, placing your thumbs on the top tray and your other fingers underneath to secure a firm grip.

2. Push both sides of top tray forward to the desired setting. The adjustment will lock into place when you release your fingers.
